PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store the opening information of a shutter, and to interlock the information with a control for an illumination and a ventilator. SOLUTION: The opening information of the shutter is stored (hereinafter called a self-hold) in the case of an entering, the illumination/the ventilator are on-controlled by a self-retaining information and an off-control is conducted by the off-operation of a spring return type switch by a person. The on operation of the switch is self-retaining in the case of a leaving, the illumination/the ventilator are on-controlled by the self-retaining information and the off-control is conducted by the closing operation of the shutter. The illumination is lit/ the ventilator is operated by the self-retaining information by the on-control of either of the case of the entering and the case of the leaving, The illumination is put out/the ventilator is stopped by a self-retaining release information by each off-control in the case of the entering and the case of the leaving. The storage of the opening information of the shutter and the interlocking of the storage with the control of the illumination and the ventilator are solved as a system, in which a stand-by power is not required in a section, in which accessory facilities are not installed, together with an automatic control by the opening and closing of the shutter and a sure manual control by the switch operation of the person by using the system.
