PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment wherein prevention of leaping-out of a cell is secured, and loading and unloading of the cell is easy, while the cost is reduced. SOLUTION: When a cell lid 27 is closed, an elastic member 70 receives an external force from a slanting surface 27_8a of a member 27_8 installed on the cell lid 27 and is imparted an elastic deformation such that a protrusion 71 of the elastic member 70 proceeds further toward the cell 40 in a cell chamber 50 and to a position where the protrusion 71 interferes with the plus-electrode 41 of the cell 40 when the cell 40 in the cell chamber 50 moves in the arrow A direction of getting out of place, while when the cell lid 27 is opened, the external force from the slanting surface 27_8a is removed, and the protrusion 71 returns to a position where it does not interfere with the plus-electrode 41.
