PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly introduce a wind flow onto a road surface by a cross wind blowing through a lower part of a snow preventing plate of the lowest part, by wholly and smoothly squeezing wind passing through between a plurality of snow preventing plates of a blowing-off type snow preventing fence into a lower part. SOLUTION: This blowing-off snow preventing fence blows off snow on a road surface 5 by merging and accelerating the wind blowing against the fence attached with a plurality of snow preventing plates 1 to 4, with the strong cross wind blowing through from a lower void 6 by introducing the wind to the lower part by the snow preventing plates. The snow preventing plates 1 to 4 are formed in plate shapes, and its installation position is successively deviatively arranged to the road 5 side along a curve curved outward in a recessed shape when viewed from the vertical lateral direction as going to the snow preventing plate of the lowest part from the snow preventing plate 1 of the uppermost part. In an installation angle of the normally four respective snow preventing plates 1 to 4, an angle (an inclination) against verticality is successively set large as going to the lowest part 4 from the uppermost part 1.
