PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric transducer with high power generation efficiency. SOLUTION: This thermoelectric transducer has a stack of a plurality of stages of thermoelectric modules 1 composed of thermoelectric transducing element groups, a heating body 12, and a radiating body 13 between which a plurality of stacks arranged in parallel are sandwiched.
