PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric substrate device wherein electric substrates can be efficiently arranged even in a narrow annular storage space, and electrical connection between the substrates can be achieved easily. SOLUTION: The electric substrate device is a substrate device to be stored in the annular space 1c formed in the periphery of an after-group lens in the back of a lens tube 10, and consists of three electric substrates 11, 12, and 13 whose substrate planes are located along a plane perpendicular to a central axis (which coincides with an optical axis O) of the annular space. The electric substrate 11 is mounted with connectors (female) 25, and the electric substrate 12 is mounted with connectors (male) 26 to be fit in with the connectors 25 and connectors (female) 27 on the rear face, and the electric substrate 13 is mounted with connectors 28 to be fit in with the connectors 27. The electric substrates 11, 12, and 13 are overlaid on each other, with each connector set in corresponding one, and are connected to each other, and then are stored in the annular space 1c.
