PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform separation into an upper back part and a lower back part, to fixedly attach the upper back part to the lower back part by a fixing means without exposing the hard fixing means to them, to give different cushion properties to the parts and to improve the supporting force and holding force of the head part and shoulder part of an occupant. SOLUTION: In this seat back, a lower support back 11 is composed of a body part 13 and left and right side bucket parts 14 and 15, a window 16 is shifted to an upper part and opened through front and back directions at the body part 13, and the body part can be supported by a seat cushion 41. Then, an upper support back 12 is composed of a headrest part 27 and left and right shoulder support parts 28 and 29 integrally extended downwards from both sides of the headrest part 27, and the left and right shoulder support parts 28 and 29 are tightly stuck to both side faces of the lower support back 11, tightened from the inner side of the window 16 of the lower support back 11 and fixedly supported by the lower support back 11.
