PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable various operations from the front of a random holding type medicine feeder so that both of width and height of the same do not become large. SOLUTION: The medicine feeder 30 in which medicines 10 accommodated in a medicine cassette 50 are aligned and discharged one by one is disposed with the medicine cassette 50 and a medicine discharging aperture 31 in the front face. The width of a returning route sections 42-46 of a transportation route between the above two is same of a raw of the medicines and a projection 37 to push back the passing medicines to an advancing route sections 52 + 41 or a turn-round section 42 is disposed at the upper part of the returning route section. Also, a rotation plate with a high central part and a low peripheral part of the upper surface is disposed in the turn-around section. Moreover, the inner bottom of the medicine cassette is made to be a conveyer. Even in a medicine dispenser 20 which is disposed with the two or more medicine feeders 30, not only discharging and replenishing operations of the medicines but also a maintenance operation can be performed from ahead of the apparatus.
