<p>The invention relates to a method and device for the high-temperature heat treatment of a ligneous material such as wood, in an ecological and uncomplicated manner while preserving the characteristics and dimensional stability of this wood in the existence of humidity, having an optimized efficiency and limiting the risks of explosion. The device (1) comprises a treatment enclosure (2) filled with a coolant medium (P) circulating in a continuous manner inside the treatment enclosure (2) and successively passing through a condenser (50) coupled to a combustion chamber (52) in order to extract resins and water vapor contained in the coolant medium. The inventive device also comprises a heating chamber (60), which is provided for heating the coolant medium (P) and which is equipped with a burner (61). Injection chambers (30, 31) are also provided for re-injecting the coolant medium into the treatment enclosure (2) by means of an injection chamber (30, 31). The invention is used for carrying out high-temperature heat treatment of ligneous material.</p> |
