Automatic formation of prognoses of normal call volume for telephone call centres etc. First calls-up of call data, using call-up data bank of telephone system and settling call data, which are then transmitted to data base.From data base data are transmitted to number of weighting data banks. Then call courses are generated in form of envelope courses, using of data from weighting data banks. Prognosis of normal call volume for certain time periods of numerous generated call courses.
