The device has several pipes (1a) in which a coolant flows in the longitudinal pipe direction, a first distribution container (1b) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction for connecting to the pipes at one end of each pipe, a second distribution container (1d) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction for connecting to the pipes the other end of each pipe and a choke section (5) for decompressing the coolant at a defined position of one of the first and second distribution containers. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a condensation device with an integrated collection vessel for a cooling circuit.
