The unit (1) used in artificial alimentation is assembled of a container (2) filled with the enteral fluid and sealed before use with a foil (3), a screw-on connector device (4, 5) with a dripping chamber (6), a tube (8) controlled with a sliding device (10), and the sound (12) attached to the body of the patient. The amount of air present in the container (2) is regulated in relation to the fluid by a valve. The valve comprises a tissue made of an air permeable but oil resistant material.
