PURPOSE:To individually separate foodstuffs such as tofu (bean curd) and convey them to the next step. CONSTITUTION:A vertical-separation device 10, a horizontal-separation device 20, and a transfer device 30 are disposed between a conveyance conveyor CA and a discharge conveyor CB in a manner that the three devices are connected in the vertical direction. The vertical separation device 10 vertically separates foodstuffs Wa, Wa,... from the conveyance conveyor CA from a foremost row on a row-by-row basis, the horizontal separation device 20 horizontally individually separates one row of foodstuffs Wa, Wa,..., and the transfer device 30 transfers the separated foodstuffs Wa, Wa,... onto the discharge conveyor CB. |
