PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information circulating system capable of flexibly setting the way or order of circulation. SOLUTION: A document originator performs access to a server device 2, and prepares a circulating document and a circulating route, and records it in the server device 2. The server device 2 transmits a circulation notice mail to circulators according to the circulating route. The circulators are allowed to view the circulation notice mail, and to read the circulating document of the server device 2. The circulators are allowed to record comments on the circulating document in the server device 2, and to transmit the confirmation of reading to the server device 2. When there are a plurality of circulators, the server device 2 transmits the circulation notice mail to the next circulator in the circulating route when the confirmation of reading is transmitted from one of the circulators being a key person. |
