PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the improvement of a function and the recycle of waste plastic by adhering and integrating a regeneration plastic base board and a reflection material by means of a prescribed adhesive. SOLUTION: A plastic base board 10 and a reflection sheet 4 for regenerating waste propylene or the like are adhered with acrylic-based and silicon-based adhesives. Next, the base board 10 and the sheet 4 are isolated from a core material comprising an acrylic resin sheet of 0.05-1 mm thin, aluminum sheet or a plastic sheet such as vinyl chloride resin and polypropylene resin, and a metal sheet such as iron. Next, a mark plate main part is coated with an ultraviolet ray cut transparent sheet 5 such as fluorocarbon resin and acrylic resin. Furthermore, the mark end is reinforced with an end reinforcing fitting 6, and in addition, the core part of the base part 10 is reinforced with metal or the base part 10 is formed of a composite material of an aluminum plate and plastic. Thereby waste plastic can be recycled, the visibility of a reflection material can be held for a long period, and strength can be improved. |
