摘要 In the present invention, there is disclosed an electric voltage bridge inverter intended for feeding primary winding of a transformer and consisting of two complementary pairs of MOS transistors. The invented bridge inverter is characterized in that electrodes S of the first N-MOS transistor (1) and the second N-MOS transistor (2) are connected to the negative pole (11) of a voltage supply source while electrodes S of the first P-MOS transistor (3) and the second P-MOS transistor (4) are connected to the positive pole (11) of the voltage supply source. Electrode G of the first P-MOS transistor (3) is connected to both an electrode D of the second P-MOS transistor (4) and an electrode D the second N-MOS transistor (2) and via a first separator resistor (5) to the electrode G of the first N-MOS transistor (1). The electrode G of the second P-MOS transistor (4) is connected to both the electrode D of the first P-MOS transistor (3), to the electrode D of the first N-MOS transistor (1) and via a second separator resistor (6) to the electrode G of the second N-MOS transistor (2). Common point of the first N-MOS transistor (1) electrode G and the first separator resistor (5) is connected to the anode of a first diode (7). Common point of the second N-MOS transistor (2) electrode G and the second separator resistor (6) is connected to the anode of a second diode (8) while cathodes of the first diode (7) and that of the second diode (8) are connected to the output (9) of a control unit. A transformer (14) primary winding (13) is connected between the electrodes D of first N-MOS transistor (1) and the second N-MOS transistor (2).
