PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply fuel gas to a fuel cell with high response without requiring enlargement of the diameter of a nozzle for the fuel gas necessary for corresponding to a large flow rate. SOLUTION: This fuel cell system is equipped with a fuel cell stack 6; a fuel storage tank 1 for storing the fuel gas for supplying to a fuel electrode of the fuel cell stack 6; a supply passage 11 having an ejector pump 3 for supplying the fuel gas to the fuel cell stack 6, and for supplying again at least part of the fuel gas exhausted from the fuel cell stack 6 to the fuel electrode of the fuel cell stack 6; a fuel gas sub-passage 12 having a bypass valve 4 for adjusting the pressure of the fuel gas supplied from the fuel storage tank 1 to adjust the flow rate of the fuel gas supplied to the fuel cell stack 6; and a system controller 7 for controlling the flow rate of the fuel gas in the fuel gas passage 1 and the fuel gas sub-passage 12 in the supply of the fuel gas. |
