Noise protection wall element with plastic panels

A sound proofing panel, e.g. glass panel (2), has mounting holes (4) positioned over mounting bolts (5) with clearance. Each mounting bolt is secured to a support (M) and has a spherical shaped flange (6) to locate one clamping plate (8) under the panel. The other end of the bolt carries a nut with a spherical flange to locate a second clamping plate (8) on top of the panel. An elastic sleeve (9) between the panels is compressed as the fitting is tightened.
