The fabrication of shoe and other footwear sole elements consists of combination of vinyl ethylene acetate with natural rubber (75:25 approximate ratio) and with sponge and conventional sole additives. Good adhesion is achieved, without the need for sole texturizing to reduce risk of slipping.
