The invention relates to heat exchange units and can be used in machine-building, heat engineering, cooling industry, radio-electronic industry, for instance, in refrigeration machines, in electronic circuits. A heat exchanger comprises of heat-exchange elements placed in parallel top each other. Each heat exchange element is made as a plate, for instance, a metal one, where by any known technological method outer ribbing as tabs is provided. The heat exchange elements are attached to the base of the heat exchange unit, at that the base can be at one or at two sides of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has at least one row of heat exchange elements. This invention makes it possible to increase heart-exchange surface of the heat exchanger, thus the amount of heat flow being taken off, and to decrease labor consumption of making it and the cost of the heat exchanger.
