Air drying in first collector is performed with its acceleration to supersonic speed, for instance, be means of Laval nozzle. Air flow from the second collector to the outlet collector is performed through the third collector. Air flow after removal of moisture is performed through pipelines mounted one by one in the cavity of each pipe of the cooling chamber. This invention promotes effective drying of air.
