The invention relates to the special metallurgy. A method for melting and casting refractory metals and melts comprises melting the loaded charge in melting crucible with the system of electromagnetic mixing of obtained melt, at that pouring thereof to casting mold is carried out by instant rotation of crucible at 180 DEGREE , being achieved due to that mechanism of crucible rotation in the device for realization of this method is equipped with electromagnetic socket. The invention increases the quality of cast metal and reduces energy charge and consumption of metal.
