PURPOSE: A method for treating a livestock waste, using one CnB system, is provided to implement an automation system inside a livestock shed so as to endow the livestock with a comfortable living environment, to breed the health livestock without any chest complaint, and to realize the environment-friendly CnB treatment system. CONSTITUTION: The method for treating a livestock waste uses a CnB system, that is, Compost and bio-filter system, which endows a livestock shed with a comfortable living environment, treats a solid component among wastes, discharged from the shed as an organic resource, and recirculates and reuses the treated/filtered water. The one system for carrying out the method includes: a greenhouse air supply device(30), continuously supplying a fresh warm air with 12 to 15 deg.C to livestock(1) inside the shed irrespective of a winter or summer season; a pipeline(2) and nozzle(3), arranged on the upper portion of the shed and spraying a fermented/filtered water; a blowing/exhausting pipe(7); a first waste water tank; and a CnB system.
