A novel talking system for emergencies, which is characterized in that it comprises a tape or DVD that is recorded with a message promoting to keep calm and then gives fast instructions. The said tape is inserted into a suitable recorder machine and coupled to a speaker, megaphone, amplifier or a set of the abovementioned elements, including a switch to on the recorder machine, the aforesaid located at a selected place. The system starts working upon activating the recorder in a manual or automatic manner. In case of a seism, the recorder is connected to an amplifier having outputs to be connected to at least one speaker that embodies a microcircuit connected to a pendulum, the same closing the circuit and activating the recorder upon occurring a seism. A battery is preferably included so as to supply energy to the system in case there is no power energy.
