PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmospheric pressure estimating device of an engine capable of detecting the atmospheric pressure without using an atmospheric sensor in the engine with a supercharger. SOLUTION: A pressure ratio calculation means 160 calculates the target intake pipe pressure of a pre-set intake pipe pressure absolute pressure and the pressure ratio of the intake pipe pressure after a throttle valve is continuously kept at a specified opening or higher for a specified time. An atmospheric pressure predicted value calculation means 170 calculates an atmospheric pressure predicted value based on the pressure ratio calculated by the pressure ratio calculation means 160.
