PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-flange shape steel reinforcing tool being freely moved and removed and having a high strength. SOLUTION: Metal plates formed in an approximately L-shaped cross section are connected mutually so as to form a pipy columnar body, and means moving the columnar body are mounted on one or both of the top face and underside of the columnar body.
