PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas nozzle device and a ventilation device which do not require the assembling work of scaffolding in the outside of a building, elevated location works on the scaffolding, and the opening work or the like onto an eave soffit or a wall, and by which the roof space is ventilated by a simple operation in a short time. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas nozzle is connected to a blower installed in the roof space through a first duct, and disposed so as to expose the nozzle opening forming the air downstream side in the eave soffit in the space between the eave roof and the eave soffit of the building. One end side of an extensible/contractible is connected to the nozzle opening, the extension/contraction of the second duct is controlled from the roof space side to bring the other end side into contact with a perforated board and directly exhaust toward the hole.
