PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet having a drawer also serving as a stool, superior in convenience. SOLUTION: A footboard 3 taken in and out similarly to the drawer along a rail 2, is arranged above the drawer 1 having a drawing-out limit. This footboard is placed in an upper part of the drawer when drawn out. In a drawing-out limit of the drawer, the movement of the drawer is regulated, by respectively allowing the front end to abut on the reverse of a front plate 6 of the drawer, and the rear end to abut on a front end part of a regulating piece arranged in a front end part of the rail or on the front side of the rail.
