PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the motion of the elbows (or knee joints) precisely simulating the real motions of human elbows. SOLUTION: The following requirements should be met: (a) each of joint members 3 has two disk bodies 5 and 6 pivoted on respective connection members 8; (b) an arcuate part 9 and an arcuate groove 10 are formed on the outer circumferential surfaces of the disk bodies 5 and 6; (c) the arcuate groove 10 of one of the disk bodies 5 and 6 is formed on the opposite side of a connection part 4 while the arcuate groove 10 of the other of thereof is formed on the side relative to the axis of the connection part 4; and (d) when the two connection parts 4 are arranged on the straight line, the outer circumferential surface of the other of the disk bodies 5 and 6 is fitted into the arcuate groove 10 of one thereof mutually therebetween while the outer circumferential surface of one of the disk bodies 5 and 6 is fitted into the arcuate groove 10 of the other thereof mutually therebetween when the two connection parts 4 are bent to its maximum.
