PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simple and accurate determination of susceptibility of an anticancer agent to cancer cells. SOLUTION: This method for determination of susceptibility of the anticancer agent to the cancer cells comprises following steps: (A) a step of measuring expression of cytochrome P-450 in the cancer cells and (B) a step of determining that the anticancer agent has a possibility of being inactivated in the cancer cells when the expression of the cytochrome P-450 is recognized.
