Formed component of timber material esp. chip/fiber boards is formed by mixing chip or fiber material with low melting point binding agent, esp. plastic particles

The esp. timber material board is formed from a timber chip or fiber material and biding agent, and is compressed when heated. The binding agent is a plastic with low melting point, e.g. up to 130[deg]C or 180[deg]C, which is mixed into the chip/fiber material in the form of particles. A filler medium of fibrous or ground plastic agglomerate, esp. foil agglomerate, is also added to the material. The filler medium has a particle size of 0,5mm to 4mm, pref. 1mm, and the ratio between filler and binding agent is 10:90 to 95:5. The material can be reformed if reheated.
