The basic device (1) is assembled of a housing (2) attached to a stick shaped handle and accommodating a transversally positioned rotating brush (6) and two dust receptacles (7, 8). The bristle elements can be designed in various ways. Each of the elements can be provided with a triangular outer end, it can be concave, or fitted with a small spiked ball at its outer end. In other versions two ends are joined with a bridge, the outer ends of the bristles are hook-shaped, the bristles are curved or crosswise overlapping.
