The torch attachment device has two main parts (14,16) connected together by a threaded pin (18) so as to be mutually relatively movable. The first main part has a through hole (22) for the mounting element perpendicular to the threaded pin and the second main part has a through hole (46) for the torch that is perpendicular to the threaded pin and to the mounting element through hole. An actuating handle (54) and a locking element (40) enable torch adjustment and fixing.
