FIELD: new fibrous concrete for engineering constructions. ^ SUBSTANCE: concrete containing solidified cement mortar with dispersed organic fiber is obtained by mixing of composition with water. Concrete also contains: (a) cement, (b) grained components, (c) fine dispersed puzzolane components, (d) at least one dispersing additive. Grained components (b) have particles of maximum size D not more than 2 mm, preferably not more than 1 mm. Fine dispersed puzzolane components (c) have elementary particles of size not more than 20 m, preferably not more than 1 m. Water content as reduced to mass of cement (a) and fine dispersed puzzolane components (c) is from 8 % to 25 %. Length of individual organic fibers I is at least 2 mm, and ratio of 1/⊘ is at least 20, wherein ⊘ denotes fiber diameter. Fiver volume is not more than 8 % of concrete volume after solidifying. Ratio R of average fiber length L and maximum size D of grained component particles is at least 5.
