<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause no bending in a lead without retaining or protecting the lead even when a rocking center is misaligned with respect to a notch, and further to cause no impairment in a lead proximal component of an electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: This tool contains a carrier inserting gap 111 for inserting a carrier 530 into the gap broader than a thickness dimension of the carrier 530, and a tool main body 110 for rocking with a notch 520 as the rocking center. This tool further contains a magnet 121, and a separated carrier retainer 120 for retaining the carrier 530 which lies in the carrier inserting gap 111 by separating from a lead 510. This tool further contains a separated carrier extruding member 131, a discharging actuator 132 and a separated carrier discharge 130 for shifting the carrier 530 which lies in the carrier inserting gap 111 to a direction discharging from the tool main body 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
