<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant body which can be embedded in a jaw bone of which the bone height diameter has decreased regarding the implant (artificial root) which is used for a dental treatment. <P>SOLUTION: For this implant body, an abutment attaching protuberance which protrudes to the crown side, or an abutment attaching aperture which is opened to the crown side surface is formed on a main body which can be embedded in a setting sulcus or a setting aperture which is opened on the crown side. The setting sulcus or the setting aperture is formed by grinding a part of the maxilla or the mandibula of which the bone height diameter has decreased from the crown side to the root tip side, or from the cheek or lip side to the tongue side. On the main body, one, or two or more fixing apertures for directly fixing the main body to the maxilla or the mandibula are formed. Also, in the implant body, after embedding the main body in the setting sulcus or the setting aperture which is formed on the maxilla or the mandibula in a manner to become in parallel with the occlusion surface, the implant body is directly fixed to the maxilla or the mandibula with a bone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
