PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely incorporate the equipment authentication information of a terminal etc. in CE equipment. SOLUTION: A management server 7 encodes the equipment authentication information and sends it to a plant 5. A connector 10 is connected to a connector of the CE equipment 9 by an operator at the plant and inputs the encoded equipment authentication information sent from the management server 7 into the CE equipment 9. A writing module for decoding and storing the encoded equipment authentication information is built in the CE equipment 9. The equipment authentication information inputted from the connector 10 is decoded by the writing module and stored in a storage device of the CE equipment 9.
