PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated common mode choke coil that is used for a differential transfer system, such as the USB, IEEE1394, etc., and can be reduced in installation space and cost by reducing the number of used components. SOLUTION: This laminated common mode choke coil is provided with a common mode filter forming layer 60 and an inductor forming layer 20 which are laminated upon another in a state where the layers 60 and 20 are separated from each other in the vertical direction. The common mode filter forming layer 60 and the inductor forming layer 20 are integrally laminated upon another by disposing a nonmagnetic insulation material layer 50 between the layers 60 and 20.
