PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary switch mechanism enabling an electric and a mechanical operations. SOLUTION: The rotary switch mechanism is provided with a stator 2 of insulating resin retaining a fixed contact piece 1, a rotor 4 made of insulating resin combined with the stator 2 and retaining a movable contact piece 3 contacting with and separating from the fixed contact piece 1, a rotating driving axis 6 of the rotor 4 penetrated into an axis hole 5 of the stator 2 and protruded to its backside, a protrusion 7 formed at an outer edge of the rotor 4, and a driven body 9 equipped with a driven pin 8 driven by rotation displacement of the protrusion 7 when the rotor is rotated by the rotation drive of the rotating driving axis 6.
