PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift for a wheelchair of a pallet rotating type convenient to use and having high safety. SOLUTION: This lift for the wheelchair is equipped with the pallet 2 on which the wheelchair B is placed, a lift mechanism 3 for raising and lowering the pallet 2, a rotary mechanism 31 for rotating the pallet 2 within a horizontal plane and a rotary position determining mechanism 200 for positioning the pallet 2 at a predetermined rotary position when the pallet 2 is rotated by the rotary mechanism 31.
