PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily complete the process of pulling out a portion to be used and cutting it, while eliminating the possibility of causing injury with the tip of a blade that performs cutting during use, and to carry out cutting, without providing a twist, while the portion to be used is in the state of being pulled out. SOLUTION: A storage case is provided comprising a channel-like space, the lower portion of a perpendicular face capable of being pressed into the channel-like space, an auxiliary means for opening and closing a lid, a double-edged cutting blade whose tip is capable of being directed toward the front face of the storage case, a pop-out prevention means, a take-out opening, a pull-out opening and a rotational auxiliary means having a curve.
