PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a seat belt is thin and narrow and extremely bites into the body in an accident, the seat belt is locked by an impact and bites into the chest, the right lung is pressed, the person cannot breathe and loses consciousness (only exhaling) while the person is riding on an auxiliary seat of a wagon vehicle driven by the other person and the driver neglects temporary stop or causes a head-on collision on a crossing during red blink, and the person has whiplash, dislocation of chest bone, and damaged ligament in the both legs as an inspection result. SOLUTION: This seat belt shock absorbing auxiliary cover is attached, thickness having elasticity is increased, width is kept, the biting is moderated, and force applied to a part is dispersed.
