PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the slippage of steering clutches regardless of a road surface condition to restrain excess and deficiency of the degree of steering due to the road surface condition as much as possible in a traveling vehicle for working steering the body by slippage control of the steering clutches. SOLUTION: This vehicle is provided with: left and right traveling parts that are operated independently; left and right traveling power transmission passages transmitting traveling power to each traveling part; right and left friction clutch mechanisms (steering clutches) 9L, 9R interposed in each traveling power transmission passage; and a steering control part 16 steering the body based on the slippage control of each friction clutch mechanism 9L, 9R. The steering control part 16 includes a plurality of control modes suitable for a plurality of road surface conditions in controlling the slippage of the friction clutch mechanisms 9L, 9R, and those control modes are configured to be switched selectively.
