The outer shell comprises upper and lower members (7, 9) provided with formations (15, 16) and (20, 21) that co-operate to locate and align the members (7, 9) wherein overlapping regions of the formations are removed after the core (8) is formed to provide a base for the article and a hole for wastewater.</p> |
