<p>Comps. contg. uridine-51-diphosphoglucose (I) are useful in the treatment of liver disorders such as hepatitis, jaundice, and cirrhosis : In an example, 20 mg. (I) as its disodium salt and 150 mg. aminoacetic acid were lyophilised and sealed in an ampoule. The powder was dissolved in 3 ml. distilled water for injection.</p> |
