FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary engines with rotating housing. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed engine contains housing, piston with gear wheel and sealing strips at its tops, cylinder with gear and eccentric shaft. According to invention, piston is fixed on engine housing, and cylinder is rigidly connected with gear. Cylinder with gear are made for executing planetary motion, and shaft is installed for rotation to side opposite to direction of cylinder rotation.
