According to second version, composition includes following components used in the ratio of, wt%: hydroxyethylated alkyl phenols with 9-12 hydroxyethylene groups 2.5-9.5; diethanolamide of fatty acids of coconut oil 1.5-8.5; sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose 0.05-0.75; polyethylene glycol 1500-4000 0.0-3.5; glycerol 1.5-8.5; water softeners 0.00-0.50; fragrant 0.00-0.10; preservative 0.00-0.15; water the balance up to 100%. Soap bubble producing toy has cylindrical vessel adapted to be filled with aqueous solution of surfactants. One end of vessel is sealed and other end is closed with cover equipped with bubble releasing device arranged at inner side of cover and provided with opening at its end.
