FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new method for preparing 1-(9H-carbazole-4-yloxy)-3-{[2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl]amine}-2-propanol of the formula (I): ^ and its pharmaceutical salts of acids addition. Method involves interaction of secondary amine of the formula (V): ^ with epichlorohydrine and synthesized chlorine-containing compound of the formula (VI): ^ reacts with 4-hydroxy-9H-carbazole of the formula: ^ and synthesized benzyl-carvedilol of the formula (VIII): ^ is debenzylated by the catalytic hydrogenation reaction. If necessary, the synthesized compound is subjected for reaction with inorganic or organic acid for preparing its pharmaceutically acceptable salt of acid addition. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method. ^ 8 ex |
