<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic part capable of suppressing short-circuiting between internal electrodes even in repeatedly operating under high voltage, high temperature and high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated electronic part comprises a pole-like laminate obtained by alternately laminating a plurality of dielectrics and a plurality of internal electrodes, and an electric field is applied to the dielectric by the internal electrodes holding the dielectric therebetween. The ends of two kinds of internal electrodes to which voltages of different polarities are applied, are exposed on the side surfaces of the pole-like laminate, a pair of external electrodes each alternately connecting the exposed ends of the internal electrodes are provided on the side surfaces of the pole-like laminate, surface roughness Rz for the side surfaces, whereon the internal electrodes are exposed, of the pole-like laminate is ≤3μm, and a working mark such as short-circuiting the internal electrodes, does not substantially exist on the side surfaces where the internal electrodes are exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
