<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing a fuel cell separator excellent in a gas sealing property, conductivity, durability and a mechanical property, of which a wall thickness can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell separator is manufactured through a process of melting and mixing a conductive granular material and poly(arylene sulfide) resin having a melt viscosity of 30 Pa×s or less at 300°C, a process of filling the obtained melted mixture in a mold in an open state, and a process of compressing and molding the melted mixture by closing the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
