INDIVIDUAL AUTHENTICATING SYSTEM, INDIVIDUAL AUTHENTICATING METHOD AND INDIVIDUAL AUTHENTICATING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily certify an individual by voice at low cost employing conventional voice recognition technique.

SOLUTION: Voice inputted by a voice input section 11 is voice recognized by an arbitrary input data generating section 12 and arbitrary input data are supplied to a comparison section 21 as a recognition result. The inputted voice is also recognized by an individual data driving section 13 using voice recognition individual data generated for every individual and the recognition result is supplied to the comparison section 21. The comparison section 21 compares these recognition results and extracts differences, if there are any. A computing section 22 computes a recognition rate, an individual specifying section 23 specifies an individual who generates the voice based on the recognition rate and an individual name output section 24 outputs the name of the specified individual.
